... Today I'm playing it pretty simple.
Lots of green again! But a full meal because I have class tonight.
For snack I've included a Kashi pumpkin spice flax seed granola bar and a coffee-flavored hard candy.
Rice with a stir-fry mixture of mushrooms, green pepper, and fake!steak (a soy substitute).
A little jack-o-lantern pick added for cute garnish.
A small salad of spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, olives, carrots, and avocado. Yum! The green pepper and carrots have been cut with the flower veggie cutters.
The little green bottle holds salad dressing. The pink cup holds stewed cabbage and mushrooms (stewed in soy sauce, so not kimchee). Large, red grapes on the side. Yum!
